Localised UK Limited is registered in England & Wales with company number 10986401 and its registered office is at Network House Third Avenue, Globe Park, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, SL7 1EY ("Localised").

We are an authorised reseller of David Beckham Eyewear merchandise in the UK.    

When you make a purchase from https://davidbeckhameyewear.com/ (the "site") the legal contract is between you and Localised.

Application

These terms of use (“Terms of Use”) apply to all users in the course of their usage of the site, including but not limited to visitors, customers, and registered users of the site (“Users”). By accessing or using the site, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any other policies, guidelines, or terms posted on the site.

If you purchase goods or services from our site, our Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply to your purchase.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights used in the site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright and other laws.  All rights in such intellectual property rights are reserved.

  • a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that user-generated content in connection with the service provided by the website and across different media including to promote the site or the service forever; and
  • a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence for other Users, partners or advertisers to use the content in accordance with the functionality of the site forever.

You agree that we have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to the site infringes their rights.

We may remove any content if, in our opinion, it does not comply with the site content standards.

We do not guarantee that the site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

Our responsibility for loss or damage

If we don't follow these Terms of Use, then we'll be responsible for the part of any foreseeable loss or damage that you suffered that was caused by us. In addition, even if we don't follow these Terms of Use, we won't be responsible for any loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. When we say "foreseeable", we mean that:

  • at the time we made this agreement, we and you both knew that it might happen.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or a breach of your consumer rights.

Governing law

The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

Localised and its clients' trademarks

“Localised” is a registered trademark of Localised IP Limited and is used under license by us. Our clients are the owners or licensors of their trademarks which are shown on the site (and which we have a licence to use). You are not permitted to use the “Localised” trademark or any of our clients' trademarks.

Complaints and disputes

If you have any complaints or concerns regarding the site, its content, products, or services, you are encouraged to contact us promptly.

We may decide not to participate in any consumer resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and may choose not to participate in any online dispute resolution proceedings.
