SHIPPING PROCESS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that in some cases, it may take up to 3 working days for your order to be shipped however, rest assured that your order should still arrive within the delivery timeframe stated above.
Occasionally, orders may be delayed in customs. We have taken this into account when stating our delivery times, so it's normal to see tracking pause for a time if you are closely tracking your shipment. If your order hasn't arrived by the stated delivery date, please contact us HERE
All of our shipping is tracked. You will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
